Abstract: Engineering construction project is an important component of military facilities construction, which has a far-reaching impact on our army construction and development. This paper takes the military facilities construction of our army as the research object, optimizes the military construction projects from the perspective of the whole army construction and development, and establishes a management organization system with the military facilities construction project management organization as the leading role, dynamic alliance as the characteristics, unified objectives, consistent interests and subject integration.

摘要： 工程建设项目是军事设施建设的重要组分,对我军建设发展具有深远影响。本文以我军军事设施建设为研究对象,从全军建设发展角度对军事建设项目进行优化,建立以军事设施建设项目管理机构为主导,以动态联盟为特点,目标统一、利益一致、主体集成的管理组织体系。
