财政金融支持对我国科技创新影响的空间计量研究

Abstract: Based on the construction of spatial econometric model of the impact of fiscal and financial support on the technology innovation, The paper uses the China’s panel data to measure the direct effect of fiscal and financial support on the technology innovation in china and the spatial spillover effect between different provinces. The results show that fiscal and financial support both plays a significant role in promoting the technology innovation, but the financial support has more obvious effect on it. Fiscal and financial support also both has a significant spatial spillover effect on the neighbour area.

摘要: 本文在综合考虑财政金融支持对科技创新产生的直接作用效应及其空间溢出效应的基础上,构建了财政金融支持对科技创新影响的空间计量模型,并运用2009~2012年中国30个省份面板数据进行实证估计,定量测度了财政金融支持对我国科技创新的直接效应以及在省份间表现出的空间溢出效应。结果表明,财政和金融支持对科技创新具有显著的促进作用,但是金融支持的影响更为显著;财政和金融支持对邻近省份的科技创新表现出显著的空间溢出效应。
