The development of civil-miltary integration as a national strategy is of great significance to enriching the country and strengthening the army. Through literature review, it is considered that the current research on military-civilian technology integration is enterprise-centered, ignoring the role of intermediaries and the lack of systematic and holistic research. In this regard, based on the cumulative prospect theory, this paper measures the development status of civil-military technology integration by using the bilateral matching method, and analyses the game behavior among the technology intermediary, the military industry and the civil enterprise in the military-civil technology integration, and carries on the simulation analysis. The research shows that military enterprises are the core subjects of civil-military tec hnology integration, and their cooperative strategies can enhance technology integration and innovation; technology intermediary is more inclined to benefit-oriented strategy; civil enterprises are more always in a wait-and-see state in the process of military-civil technology integration, and their strategy choice is not only affected by military enterprises and tec hnology intermediary, but also affected by the balance between them.

Nowadays, online social network has become the main channel of rumor spread. Based on the theory of evolutionary game, this paper takes rumor spreaders and rumor receivers as game participants, takes the different behavior choices of the above two types of users when facing rumors as different strategies in the game, and takes the profit function of the two types of users when choosing different strategies as the utility function of the game to analyze the rumor spreading process in the social network. This paper holds that there are three influencing factors affecting the utility function of game participants in rumor spread, namely, the self-knowledge reserve, reputation and influence of the participants in rumor spread. Whether the rumor spreader chooses to participate in the spreading or not, and whether the receiver chooses different strategies to comment on the spreader' s informa-tion, will affect three independent variables and further affect the participants themselves'revenue function. The results show that when the proportion of knowledge reserve in the network is large, rumor dissemination will be inhibited. When rumor participants pay more attention to their own influence, it will be conducive to rumor dissemination. This study will help us to understand the internal mechanism of rumor spreading on social networks more deeply, and then provide a strong theoretical basis for curbing rumor spread.

Government subsidy is of great importance for the R&D activities of new energy vehicle enterprises. Considering the R&D success rate, expected rate of return and innovation milieu, an evolutionary game model is adopted to explore the impact of government subsidy on the R&D activities of new energy vehicle enterprises. The results indicate that government subsidy may promote the self-R&D efforts of new energy vehicle enterprises while exceeding the threshold, and promote the technical import while descending below the threshold. Higher success rate of R&D activities will promote the self-R&D efforts of new energy vehicle enterprises. With the high success rate of R&D activities,a favorable environment for innovation may promote the self-R&D efforts of new energy vehicle enterprises, while unfavorable environment may promote the technical import. Policy implications are provided on the optimization of government subsidy, the promotion of R&D success rate and the favorable innovation milieu.

The joint of government supervision and platform autonomy is necessary to solve the moral risk of online car-hailing. Media supervision is also an important supplement to government supervision. Considering the information asymmetry and the limited rationality of participants, we construct an evolutionary game model between the online car-hailing platform and the government regulators, and study the influence of media on the strategic choices of both sides of the game. The results show that media coverage affects the strategic choice of online car-hailing platform and government regulatory agencies, promotes the evolution process to a positive direction, and realizes the function of third-party supervision. Therefore, the government should encourage the media to give full play to the role of supervision and regulation in the development of the online car industry.

In recent years, E-commerce platforms frequently have “deceitful pricing for acquaintances” by big data technology. How to strengthen supervision and protect the rights of consumers has attracted much attention among people. In order to reveal the decision-making mechanism of all parties in the phenomenon of “deceitful pricing for acquaintances”, an evolutionary game model based on prospect theory and mental account is constructed in this paper. It analyzes the game evolution process and stability strategy of e-commerce platform and government by income prospect sensing matrix which is from the pay account and gain account. Finally, numerical simulation demonstrates the factors of decision-making behavior. The results show that consumers reporting behavior can effectively inhibit the tendency of “deceitful pricing for acquaintances” of e-commerce platform and non-regulatory behaviors of governments; We can take actions to raise the reference point of the pay function and lower the reference point of the gain function. It can quickly reduce “deceitful pricing for acquaint-ances” and non-regulatory behaviors. The increase in penalties and in the percentage of deductions from governments can effectively reduce the tendency of “deceitful pricing for acquaintances" and encourage governments to evolve towards regulatory behavior.

When asset specificity is high, transaction cost theory predicts that the firm will tend to utilize more integrated structures in order to minimize transaction costs. However, recent surveys suggest that higher levels of asset specificity need not always lead to vertical integration. The purpose of this paper is to uncover some of the factors driving firms to choose to remain separated, in the presence of high specificity. In the model, the firms adopt relational contracts and the supplier determine the levels of specific assets. The results show that when the degree of specific is high, relational contract in non-intergration is easier to achieve fist best. This study not only extends the understanding of the basic TCE framework, but also provides new evidence for the vertical disinregration.

Facing the real problem of poor results of government departments' implementation of multiple collaborative governance on the Internet information service industry, this paper uses the evolutionary game theory to build a game model between government departments and Internet information service enterprises, considers the. role of the association and the public in the governance process, and analyzes the influence of the change of their participation probability on the strategic choice of the game subject, At the same time, it explores the influence of their respective attributes on the optimization of the multi collaborative governance model. The research shows that multi-agent participation in the governance process has a positive effect, but blindly pursues the high degree of participation of the association and the public may not achieve the optimization of the governance effect. The government departments should properly handle the role relationship among the main bodies. The results of the study help the government to mobilize all social forces to participate in the governance process, and provide a reference for the effective use of multiple collaborative governance in the future.

To the uncertain multi-attribute group decision-making with unknown attribute weights and decision makers weights, nonlinear optimization models have been established for determining the corresponding ideal solution weights of each decision maker after the attribute values are normalized. The group attribute weights are obtained through the projection on the above ideal attribute weights of the decision makers. And each decision maker's weight is also obtained by using the projection models. Then all individual normalized decision matrices are aggregated into a collective one. Thus the Dice similarity measures are also calculated between each alternative and group ideal solution. Therefore all the alternatives can be ranked according to their Dice similarity measures. The detailed process of the method is also given for the practical applications. Finally, a numerical example demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented approach.

For the integration problem of the emergency material storage center location and its transportation.during the initial post-disaster emergency management period, a multi-objective optimization model for emergency material storage center location-routing problem (LRP) is formulated, taking into consideration of the post-disaster zoning. The related objectives are to maximize the population coverage of disaster affected point in a humanitarian context, minimize the total unmet demand for emergency supplies at the affected point and the total cost of emergency rescue. An improved adaptive differential evolution biogeography optimization (IDEBBO) is proposed on the basis of the iterative principle of Fibonacci sequence by introducing the differential evolution algorithm with strong global searching ability. The feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm are demonstrated by numerical examples and the comparison with that of the results of BBO. The new model and algorithm provide an effective way to resolve the emergency management problem in post-disaster circumstances.

Emergency supplies support capacity building is the key to the success of emergency management, but the key factors affecting and restricting the emergency supplies support capacity are often difficult to identify in the practice of emergency management. The paper puts forward an identification method of the emergency material support ability based on hybrid decision factor. On the basis of constructing the initial direct correlation matrix of influencing factors of emergency material support capability, the real number, the interval number and the triangular fuzzy number of evaluation matrix are built according to semantic transformation method of experts personal preference. Then, 2-tuple information processing is adopted for aggregation, and DEMATEL method can be used to effectively identify the key influencing factors of emergency supplies support capability. The feasi-bility and reliabilty of the identification method are tested by the case of emergency management, which proves the extensive application value of the method in emergency management.

Consensus decision-making is an important branch of group decision-making theory. In order to avoid the extreme value in individuals and improve the total benefit, based on weighted consensus at minimum cost (WCMC) model, this paper defines the concepts of partial consensus, consensus condition and consensus space, and proposes partial consensus model at minimum cost (PCMC) model. The model is applicable for the processing of evaluation values of single dimension (real number, fuzzy number, etc.) and multi-dimension (interval number, intuitionistic fuzzy number, etc.) in group decision making. In this paper, the solution algorithm and formula of consensus space and optimal evaluation values are given, and the practicability of our method is verified by two examples

Considering consumers different perceived cost on consumption restriction, this paper formulates optimization models for uniform pricing and discriminatory pricing, respectively. Based on comparative analysis, the revenue-maximization pricing policy and the corresponding market conditions are derived. Under the dominant condition, the effects of price discrimination on revenue, demand, and economic surplus are also discussed. The result reveals three findings as follows. Firstly, only when the scale of consumers with higher perceived cost is large enough or when their price sensitivity is low enough, will the discriminatory pricing policy dominate the uniform pricing policy. Secondly, the difference between consumers 'restriction sensitivity has a positive effect on price discrimination, but this kind of effect will remain unchanged when the difference exceeds a certain upper bound. Finally, under some conditions price discrimination has opposite effects on different consumers demand as well as surplus. Under other conditions, price discrimination has positive effects on each kind of consumers' demand and surplus.

According to the risk-averse characteristic of the supplier in the relief supply chain, this study intro-duces an option contract into the supply chain system with one government and a risk-averse supplier. The model of joint relief supplies reserves by the government and a risk-averse supplier is established based on an option contract. The optimal decisions of the government and the supplier are derived. We analyze the effects of the supplier's risk aversion and option parameters on the decision strategies of thegovernment and the supplier and their cost and profit. The range of option price is obtained by a numerical example. The paper also broadens the model and studies the influences of spot market and the government' s mandatory requirement on the joint relief supplies reserves model. Several important managerial implications areobtained, which strengthen government-enterprise cooperation, and provide operation strategies and rules for relief supplies reserv essocialization.

In order to promote the development of low-carbon economy, the government has adopted subsidies and carbon tax policies. Although the two government's policies have the same objectives, their mechanisms are different. Thus, the game model between a low-carbon enterprise and an ordinary enterprise is constructed based on the two production models (One production model is that the low-carbon enterprises only produce low-carbon products, and the other production model is that the low-carbon enterprises produce two products at the same time.) in order to comparatively analyze the impact of government subsidies and carbon tax policies on the development of low-carbon economy. The main research results are as follows: (1) When two products are produced by the low-carbon enterprises at the same time, government subsidies could reduce the unit low-carbon products sales price, reduce the sales of ordinary products and environmental impact, and increase the low-carbon products sales and the overall income of low-carbon supply chains, but government subsidies do not affect the unit ordinary sale price; (2) When low-carbon enterprises only produce low-carbon products, the government carbon tax could increase the unit two product sales price, which could increase consumer purchase costs and reduce the enthusiasm of consumers to purchase low-carbon products; (3) When the impact ratio of products to the environment is more than 0.5,the government subsidy strategy has the biggest impact on the environment.

To control carbon emission form the beginning and reduce indirect carbon emission, more and more companies begin to pay close attention to carbon footprint of their suppliers. Earlier studies on supplier selection problem have mainly focused on cost, quality, service, etc., and take little interest in carbon emission of sup-plies. Hence, this paper presents an integrated approach of fuzzy AHP and fuzzy GP (Goal Programming) and considers carbon emission of suppliers as one important criterion to deal with supplier selection and order quantity allocation problem. At first, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to analyze the weights of multiple criteria of supplier selection based on expert,s opinion. The considered criteria are price, quality, service level and carbon emission of the product. Next, we give different weights to goals of programming based on fuzzy AHP results, and use fuzzy GP to select suppliers and allocate order quantity. The empirical results indicate that the integrated fuzzy AHP-GP model is of good practical value for low carbon supplier selection.

In view of order cancellation behavior due to product mismatch, we study conditions under which a du-al-channel retailer can benefit from “buy-online-pickup-in-store”(BOPS) strategy, and analyze the impact of the strategy on the channel integration among online and ofline. The game models for a dual-channel model and anomni-channel are developed, and the best pricing strategy and channel strategy are derived for the retailer. Studies have shown that the BOPS strategy is not always beneficial to retailers, and whether the retailer imple-ments the BOPS strategy depends on product matching rate and channel operating cost. The results show that when the matching rate is high and BOPS channel operating cost is low, the offline channel and the online chan-nel will cooperate to implement the dual channel BOPS strategy. In addition, compared with the dual-channel BOPS strategy, the optimal pricing under the omni-channel BOPS strategy is always higher, the total demand is lower, and the omni-channel BOPS strategy is always better than the dual-channel BOPS strategy.

Considering the surgical system that shares the bed resource for intake and recovery, this paper focuses.on re-entrant surgery scheduling problems with minimising the average completion time of recovery for all patients. To deal with uncertain service times, the triangular fuzzy number is employed to describe the duration of intake, surgery and recovery. Considering the NP-hardness of the studied problem, an adaptive hybrid meta-heuristic (HGA-AVNS), hybridising genetic algorithm (GA) and variable neighborhood search (VNS),are designed to generate surgery schedules. To improve the local search ability, HGA-AVNS applies several block-based neigh bourhood structures (NS) and determines their search order using a roulette-based NS changing scheme. Computation results on randomly generated test instances indicate the superiority of HGA-AVNS.

the information product market, piracy-where products are duplicated by the original manufacturer without the permission or authorization of the copyright owner-invades the market of commercial products, affecting the interests of the monopoly manufacturer. Firstly, we apply the pattern of both the restrictive sale strategy and seeding sale strategy, aiming at this phenomenon, to investigate the selection of sale strategies for information products based on the theory of consumer incentive compatible constraint. Then we establish four models, inclu-ding restrictive sale strategy without piracy model, seeding sale strategy without piracy model, restrictive sale strategy with piracy model and seeding sale strategy with piracy model respectively. Eventually, through compar-atively analyzing the abovefour models, the results show that if there is piracy in the infor mation productmarket, the monopoly manufacturer choosing the restrictive sale strategy will be better than that of choosing the seeding sale strategy. Moreover, when the network externality of information products is very high, without piracy in the information product market, it will be better for the monopoly manufacturer to choose the restrictive sale strategy. As the network externality of information products is moderate, the restrictive sale strategy has no better effect on the interests of the monopoly manufacturer compared to the seeding sale strategy. However, when the network externality of information product is low, which strategy is the better of the two sale strategies will be determined by both the seeding rate of commercial products and the value discount coefficient of the free versions. In addition, by adjusting the prices of commercial products, the strategies can play a significant role in combating piracy, so that the manufacturer would get higher profits.

Attribute target represents a desired level of a product attribute. Target-based evaluation is a kind of natural and attractive approach for evaluating new product alternatives. During the evaluation of new product alternatives, there are cases where product attributes and targets are uncertain. An approach based on fuzzy target preference analysisis proposed for evaluating new product alternatives. Firstly, product attributes for evaluation are identified. Secondly, fuzzy statistic method is used to describe the fuzziness of new product attributes and their corresponding targets. Then, the probabilities that each attribute achieves their target are calculated based on fuzzy number comparison algorithms, which rely on the a-cut method and possibility-probability transformation, respectively. Finally, new product alternatives with multiple attributes and their targets are evaluated by using the cross interacted algorithm of fuzzy decision making with the supervisory factor. Application shows that this approach is effective for evaluating new product alternatives.

In order to investigate the impacts of link-specific toll on traffic system in the presence of carpooling in a degradable network, a bi-level program is adopted. The lower level program describes the traffic equilibrium in a degradable network in terms of carpooling mode. Taking a numerical example network, we investigate the social welfare and emission. The upper level aims to maximize social welfare and minimize emission simultane-ously. NSGA II algorithm is applied to solve this problem for aforementioned example and captureseveral non-dominant solutions. The results show that road pricing is able to increase social welfare and decrease emission, and enhance time reliability of the network. Then this paper detects the bounds of non-dominant solutions, which implies that road pricing affects emission more.

In the traditional mean-variance model, researchers tend to assume that return rate obeys normal distri-bution which is always not satisfied with most questions, and estimate ex pectation value with its average, simultaneously considering the limitations of variance. So, the mean-entropy model based on return weight has been proposed. In this paper, we choose five A-stocks in application. Then, we study the rationality of θ present the consistency of the entropy method and variance method, and do some research on comparison between no risk-free securities and risk-free securities. The results show that computing the expectation of return rate based on θ the efficient frontier of mean-variance model is still a good parabola, the consistency of entropy method and variance method is proved, and entropy method can better disperse the risk when return rate is equal.

Consumers have different preferences for different attributes of products, and have salient thinking behaviors. This paper uses the salience theory to study the optimal quality and price decisions of duopoly firms when there are two types of consumers with different sensitivity to quality and price in the market. The salience theory model is introduced into the classic Hotelling model to construct the utility function of consumers, the demand function and profit function when firms implement uniform pricing and discrimination pricing are obtained respectively. We analyze the impact of consumers' salient thinking behavior on the optimal profit when the firms implement the two strategies, and formulate the optimal equilibrium price-quality strategy for the two firms. The results show that the game equilibrium results of the two firms in different scenarios are to adopt the same strategy, and there is an optimal degree of consumers' salient thinking; that under the discrimination pricing strategy, firms set high prices for quality-sensitive consumers and low prices for price-sensitive consumers; that discrimination pricing strategy are better than uniform pricing strategy in most situations.

Based on the theory of mental accounting in behavioral finance, the investment portfolio selection models of different psychological accounts are established, and the optimal strategies are obtained under the rules of mean-variance and safety-first for three cases, and the total returns of wealth are reasonably distributed among the mental accounting. The optimal investment strategy considering mental accounting improves the investment performance of investors by improving investment efficiency and reducing risks, and the investment strategy is easier to implement in each independent mental accounting. Some numerical examples are used to verify the conclusion of the model.

This study proposes a hybrid evolutionary algorithm based on key blocks to solve the no-idle permutation flow shop scheduling problem with the total tardiness minimization criterion. Based on the framework of genetic algorithm, this paper designs a method to calculate the correlation strength of genes on chromosomes according to association rules in order to mine the key blocks of dominant genes on dominant chromosomes, and construct the artificial chromosome population with better solution according to dominant key blocks. Meanwhile, to avoid invalid intersection of algorithms and improve the effectiveness of crossover and mutation in algorithms, the dualelite evolution mechanism is introduced. The descendant population generated by elite evolution mines key blocks following association rules. Based on the exchange of neigh borhood structure and combining with the idea of NEH algorithm, the positions of the workpieces on non-key blocks are exchanged to obtain the local search solution. Finally, the simulation results on Taillard benchmark compared with other algorithms show that the proposed algorithm is an efficient and effective method.

In the condition of Job Shop, aiming at minimizing the maximum completion time, considering the influence of handling equipment and the limitation of buffer on the processing process, an integrated scheduling model of Job Shop processing and handling with limited buffers is established, and an improved artificial bee colony optimization algorithm is designed to solve the problem. Firstly, the mechanism exchange between the role of leader bee and follower bee is introduced in the algorithm, which can give better consideration to global wide optimization and local precise optimization. Secondly, based on the particularity of the problem, the process is not only a processing task but also a handling task, so the coding method is based on the process coding, which is convenient for decoding and calculation in the process of algorithm operation. Then, in the decoding process, in order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm, the heuristic information is designed to determine decoding processing tasks and handling tasks. Finally, the recommended range of population size of G-ABC algorithm is given by comparing the standard test cases. The paper proves the validity of G-A BC algorithm, the effectiveness of heuristic information and the influence of buffer capacity setting on scheduling results.

Differential leadership is a characteristic leadership behavior in line with Chinese culture, which is based on the differential pattern of Chinese traditional grass-roots society, its extensive existence and practical effectiveness have been confirmed by some studies. However, previous studies have not explored the mechanism by which this leadership behavior affects employees counterproductive behavior. Therefore, based on Conversation of Resources Theory, Cognition V aluation Theory and Social Norm Theory, usingcross level analysis, we confirm these by studying a sample of 403 employees from 58 teams: 1) promoting rewards, commu-nication care and tolerance has a significant negative impact on employee CWB; 2) psychological empowerment plays an mediation role when promoting rewards and tolerating impact on CWB; 3) team ethical climate has a cross-level moderating effect on communication care and tolerance impact on CWB.

This paper analyzes the effect of platform service quality on platform competition result from three aspects: platform' s basic service, platform's value-added service and complementors' service. By constructing the utility models of bilateral user and the profit function of the platform, the influence of the change of the plat-form service quality on the scales of bilateral user and the platform profit is studied, and then the numerical simu-lation is carried out by using MATLAB. The results show that: First, the improvement of platform basic services, platform value-added services and complementors's ervices will all lead to the increase of bilateral user scale and platform profit, but the improvement of complementors' service quality will do the best; Second, the industry characteristics of a platform will influence its investment in the service quality; Third, the platform which provides a small amount of basic services should focus on improving the quality of complementors service.
