摘要/Abstract

摘要： 如何提升产业创新效率是学界关注的热点问题, 选取2009~2018年中国省际面板数据, 从直接影响和间接影响双视角探讨了互联网对高技术产业创新效率的影响机理。研究发现:互联网显著促进高技术产业创新效率提升, 在考虑内生性问题后结论依然稳健, 同时这种影响具有明显的滞后效应与区域差异, 有助于缩小落后地区与发达地区间的创新效率差距; 基于中介效应模型的检验结果表明, 互联网可以通过提升技术研发能力与成果转化能力对高技术产业创新效率产生促进作用。本研究可为有效推进“互联网+”战略与“创新驱动发展”战略提供启示。

Abstract: How to improve the efficiency of industrial innovation is a hot issue of academic concern. Based on the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2018, this paper discusses the impact mechanism of the Internet on the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries from the perspective of direct impact and indirect impact. The study finds that the Internet significantly promotes the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries, and the conclusion is still valid after considering the endogenous problems. At the same time, this impact has obvious lagging effects and regional differences, which can help reduce the innovation efficiency between backward and developed region gap.The test results based on the intermediary effect model show that the Internet can promote the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries by improving technology research and development capabilities and achievement transformation capabilities. This research can provide enlightenment for effectively advancing the “Internet+” strategy and the “innovation-driven development” strategy.
