Abstract: Service is an important source of value creation and is increasingly promoting the high-quality development of economic society. With the development of service economy, supply chain management has gradually extended from manufacturing industry to service field, and service supply chain management has become the core content of service operation management. Service supply chain focuses on knowledge integration and collaborative service innovation and realizing knowledge co-creation of service supply chain is an important goal of service supply chain management. Knowledge co-creation of service supply chain can not only promote the value creation of supply chain from tangible products to intangible services but also explore more potential value of service supply chain. Knowledge co-creation of service supply chain plays an important role in improving service quality and promoting service innovation, and promotes the healthy and stable development of service supply chain. It has significant theoretical significance and practical value to study knowledge co-creation of service supply chain and explore the promotion strategy for knowledge co-creation of service supply chain.
The paper takes the service supply chain as the object and explores the operation mechanism on knowledge co-creation of service supply chain using system dynamics method. The study analyzes the different roles of service providers, the service integrator and customers in knowledge co-creation of service supply chain and explains the process of knowledge co-creation of service supply chain. Then the paper establishes the knowledge co-creation system dynamics model of service supply chain including service providers, the service integrator and customers with Vensim PLE software. The research does simulation and sensitivity analysis by customer demand knowledge, knowledge transfer capability of service provider and knowledge transfer capability of service integrator. Finally, the research explores the dynamic influence mechanism of customer demand knowledge, knowledge transfer capability of service provider and knowledge transfer capability of service integrator on knowledge co-creation of service supply chain. The paper also puts forward some suggestions for knowledge co-creation of service supply chain.
The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, service supply chain knowledge co-creation system is a dynamic and complex system including service provider knowledge subsystem, service integrator knowledge subsystem and customer knowledge subsystem. Secondly, customer demand knowledge includes explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Customer demand knowledge can promote service providers and the service integrator to acquire knowledge and has positive influence on knowledge co-creation of service supply chain. Lastly, with the enhancement of knowledge transfer capability of service provider and the service integrator, knowledge co-creation of service supply chain increases continuously.
The study can not only deepen the research of service supply chain and knowledge co-creation but also provide ideas for driving knowledge co-creation of service supply chain. However, there are different services in practice such as technology service, tourism service, logistics service and so on. Knowledge co-creation of different types of service supply chain may be different. In the future, knowledge co-creation of different types of service supply chain can be studied. Meanwhile, further research on knowledge co-creation of service supply chain can be carried out by empirical research and case study.

摘要: 服务供应链知识共创关系服务质量与创新,对服务供应链健康稳定发展具有重要影响。以服务供应链为对象,运用系统动力学方法,研究服务供应链知识共创的过程机制,同时利用Vensim PLE软件仿真模拟,并通过调整顾客知识需求、服务提供商和服务集成商的知识转移能力进行灵敏度分析。研究结果表明:服务供应链知识共创系统是由服务提供商知识子系统、服务集成商知识子系统与顾客知识子系统构成的动态复杂系统;顾客知识需求对服务供应链知识共创有积极影响;服务供应链知识共创随服务提供商和服务集成商的知识转移能力的增强不断提升。研究结果可丰富服务供应链和知识共创研究,能拓展系统动力学应用领域,为推动服务供应链知识共创提供思路。
