Research on the Efficiency of Biomass Power Generation Industry Based on the Network DEA Model

摘要: 生物质发电行业的发展不仅受行业本身的影响,也受上、下游产业的影响,本文针对生物质发电行业和农业的特殊关系,建立Bio-AG系统,利用网络DEA模型和DDF测量方法分析生物质发电行业利润的相对效率。另外,文章引入产权解决污染所导致的负外部性。研究显示,当产权集中在Bio-AG系统中时,负外部性因素内部化处理,使生物质发电行业和农业的整体利润最大。另外,DDF分解结果表明,影响生物质发电行业利润无效的主要因素是资源的无效配置。

Abstract: The development of biomass power generation industry is not only affected by itself, but also impacted of upstream and downstream industries. According to the special relationship between biomass power generation industry and agriculture, in the paper we established the Bio-AG system, and introduced property right to solve the negative externality caused by the pollution, used DEA model and DDF measurement method to analyze the efficiency of biomass power generation industry, and find out the reason of the inefficiency. The research shows that when the property right is concentrated in the Bio-AG system, the negative external factors are processed internally, the overall profit reached the maximum. In addition, the main factor affecting the inefficiency of biomass power generation industry is the allocation of resources.
