区块链技术影响下的供应链系统动态响应性研究

Research on Dynamic Response of Supply Chain System under the Influence of Blockchain Technology

摘要: 为解决供应链系统中信息时滞和不对称问题,加快推动区块链技术在供应链管理中的创新发展,本文运用控制理论构建由分销商和零售商组成的二级供应链系统控制模型,引入区块链技术影响下的信息校正因子,推导系统的传递函数,通过MATLAB仿真不同需求信号下的订单可变性和库存波动。仿真结果表明:(1)区块链技术的应用提高了库存系统的精准性和稳定性;(2)高库存可变性伴随着高订单可变性;(3)指数平滑系数和区块链技术影响下的信息校正因子有效抑制供应链中的牛鞭效应;(4)信息延迟时间越长,区块链技术影响下的信息校正因子对控制系统的抑制作用越显著。本研究量化了区块链技术对供应链中牛鞭效应的影响,提高了供应链系统的精准性和稳定性,丰富了区块链技术在供应链管理中的应用,为企业管理者提供新的研究思路。

Abstract: To solve the problem of information lag and asymmetry in the supply chain system, accelerate the innovation and development of blockchain technology in supply chain management, this research adopts control theory to construct a two-echelon supply chain system composed of one distributor and a one retailer, which introduces information factors under the influence of blockchain technology, derives the transfer function of the system, and uses MATLAB to simulate order variability and inventory fluctuation under different demand signals. It shows that: (1)The application of blockchain technology improves the accuracy and stability of the inventory system; (2)High inventory fluctuation is accompanied by high order variability; (3)The smoothing factor and information factors under the influence of blockchain technology effectively suppress the bullwhip effect in the supply chain; (4)The longer the information delay, the more significant the inhibitory effect of information factors on the control system under the influence of blockchain technology. This research quantifies the impact of blockchain on the bullwhip effect in the supply chain, improves the accuracy and stability of the supply chain system, enriches the application of blockchain in supply chain management and provides new research ideas for enterprise manager.
